The homemade sweet breakfast
Breakfast is waiting for you right in your apartment: no set times and no buffet, so you can enjoy it at your own pace, whenever you like. Portions are sized to the number of guests, so nothing goes to waste.
I bake all the cakes myself, at home: tarts, muffins, chocolate salami and raviole, a traditional Bolognese pastry.
There are soft cakes too, such as the two-tone ring cake or the apple cake, perfect with your morning coffee or tea.
I make the jams with fruit from our own orchard, such as quince jam: you'll find them on the table and inside the tarts. An authentic taste of the season and of the Bologna Apennines.
There is always fresh seasonal fruit on the table: in autumn, for example, pomegranates.
Alongside the cakes you'll find biscuits, cereals, yogurt, milk, coffee and tea: a complete, wholesome breakfast to treat yourself when you wake up.
The sweet breakfast is always included in the price of your stay. No surprises: just the sweetness of a homemade welcome.
What breakfast includes
A sweet, wholesome and generous breakfast, always included.
- Tarts, cakes, ring cakes, muffins and raviole, homemade by me.
- Jams made with fruit from our own orchard.
- Biscuits, cereals, yogurt, milk, coffee, tea and fresh fruit.
- Everything included in the price of your stay.
Additions on request
On top of the sweet breakfast, which is always included, you can ask for an addition that suits you. Each guest can choose their own.
+€5 per person, per day
- Savoury. Cured meats and cheese, for those who prefer a savoury breakfast.
- Vegan. Products with no ingredients of animal origin.
- Gluten-free. Gluten-free products, for coeliac or gluten-intolerant guests.
- Lactose-free. Lactose-free milk and dairy products.
Additions can be mixed: for example, if one guest chooses the savoury one and another the vegan one, the extra charge is €5 + €5 = €10 per day.
- Please ask in advance, because I need to buy and prepare them before you arrive.
- I bake the cakes myself, while the products for the additions are bought in specially, which is why they have a cost.
- For other intolerances or special needs, write to me and we'll find a solution together.
